ALL PERSONS USING/OPERATING CLOUTZ EVENT HIRES EQUIPMENT

Subject to law The person/s or organization hiring this equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of use or reckless use.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

There is a risk that users may bump into or land on other users or may fall out of or from equipment and may suffer injury as a result. Anything in your mouth may go down the wrong way and induce choking

ALL USERS Must Remove footwear and any hard, sharp or dangerous objects

USERS must not smoke, consume food or drink, chew gum or lollies while on any inflatables or Amusement Device.

USERS Must not hang or climb on any walls

USERS must not obstruct the entrance or exit of any inflatable device. Do not allow anyone to play on the step or front apron of a bouncy castle

USERS must not conduct flips/somersaults

You must not use the equipment if intoxicated (drugs or alcohol) and minors must have an adult supervising them who is not intoxicated.

Cloutz Event Hire cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

Hirer/Parent/Guardian MUST Supervise all patrons at all times on any amusement or inflatable

Please no use of streamers, silly string, poppers, face-paints or glitter. Additional cleaning charges will apply.

Cloutz Event Hire will not accept responsibility for damage to property caused during installation or removal of our equipment for any buried electrical cables, gas, water or fuel pipes, underground springs, sewers. If in doubt, ask first!

Cloutz Event Hire will not accept any responsibility for damaged caused to buildings, paths, lawn, driveways ect, if we are advised by owner or Hirer to travel, place or access property

Hirer agrees the inflatable/ride is fit for use, all tie points are pegged in or weighted. Blower is secure, all Cables and mats are placed in a safe place.
There are no; low lying trees, power lines nearby or other safety hazards.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the equipment being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e.: If it is dirty or muddy condition,

BULL HIRE LIMITATIONS - It is a requirement that the hirer, even a household, must have their own liability insurance at the premises used.

I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
